Abercrombie & Fitch Sloane Pants Review

Abercrombie & Fitch’s Sloane Pants have taken social media by storm, and naturally,  I couldn’t resist the temptation to give them a try. Here are my thoughts on the viral pants and how to Style Sloane Trousers!

Let’s start with sizing, which turned out to be a bit of a challenge. These trousers run small, both in length and overall fit. My usual size falls around 26/27, which typically translates to a 2/4. However, when it comes to the Sloane pants,  the size 4 was a tight fit, especially around the waist.  The size 6 fit perfectly, but if I wanted a slightly baggier look like some of the girlies on insta, I’d need to go up to a size 8.

Now, here’s the surprising part- I decided to give the petite length a try, as I stand at 5’3′, and often find regular pants too long. To my shock, the petite length turned out to be extremely short, nearly resembling cropped capri pants on me. Not exactly the look I was going for. They were so short that even wearing flats seemed like a stretch. After some trial and error, I settled on a size 6 in the regular length and paired them with a 3-inch heel. However, it’s worth mentioning that even the regular length proved to be on the shorter side. My 5’6 and above girls need the long length.

Sizing aside, these pants are super versatile and timeless. They’re perfect for all occasions, from office to date night, and even for a laid-back day out with some comfy uggs and a casual sweatshirt.
