One of the most frequently asked questions I’ve been getting recently on Instagram is about my Gucci Jelly Platforms. I also get a ton of compliments when wearing them out, so I decided to write a review now that I’ve been wearing them for a few months. Keep reading below for my Gucci Jelly Sandals Review and dupe options.
Where to buy
I bought my sandals in early April from Nordstrom. They had several color options available: pink, white, black, blue, and clear. Since I’ve purchased, they’ve introduced a few other colors: red, glow in the dark, and green. I love pink ones! I think it’s a beautiful neutral pink but still adds color. I also love the white, but I was nervous that it would scuff easily. Although the pink do as well, the color makes it not as noticeable.
These sandals are available at these retails below:
They do go in and out of stock, so if your size or color preference is out of stock, check back every few days.
Sizing
Okay, so I’ll be honest in saying sizing SUCKS in these. I have three pairs of Gucci shoes, and I’m always a 37.5. These don’t come in half sizes, and Gucci recommends ordering half a size up, so I ordered a 38 and a 37 just in case. The 38 fit well, but I felt like I had a little bit of room in the back, like a quarter of an inch. The 37 fit tighter, and I felt like my big toe was coming out, so I settled with the bigger 38.
Comfort
These are surprisingly so comfortable! I thought they would be bulky and heavy, but I was wrong. They don’t rub weird either. On a recent trip to New Orleans, I walked the entire day around the city in them. I found them to be perfect for sporadic rainy summer weather. I’m super glad I brought them along on our trip because we ended up getting hit by a tropical storm, and I was able to wear these around without worrying about getting my shoes damaged or walking around in wet shoes. I didn’t slide around at all in them. Highly recommend wearing these on a rainy summer day.
Dupe
I haven’t tried any of the dupe versions on, but several brands make an almost identical shoe. Not sure about sizing or fit.
Yes Please Jelly: $27, available in black, pink, blue
ASOS: $42, orange
Jeffrey Campbell: $45, available in clear
Steve Madden: $70, available in pink, green, black, cream

Overall
Overall, I would repurchase these! I highly recommend these Gucci Jelly Platform Sandals. I love that they look cute for the pool, brunch, or a night out. They are comfortable, waterproof and I feel that the price point is reasonable! I may need to snatch another color.
