I’m a big fan of shoes, but comfortable shoes. I never buy a new shoe without reading reviews and specifically about the comfort level. One of my favorite brands for women’s shoes is Sarah Flint. Her shoes are handmade in Italy with some of the best quality materials. Sarah Flint’s shoes focus first on comfort and quality, and it truly shows. Who is Sarah Flint?
Sarah Flint started designing shoes with the goal of creating original luxury shoes made with the finest materials and craftsmanship that also fit and feel amazing. All her shoes are handmade in Italy (the same factories as the top luxury brands), and get this… no less than 12 craftsmen work on each pair from start to finish. Factory workers do everything from hand-stitching outsoles to hand placing details. That is some significant attention to detail—all for a fraction of the price I typically pay for designer shoes. I’m looking at you, Jimmy Choo.
Shoe Details & Sizing
The Grear sandal is a lace-up Grecian style sandal, fit for a Greek goddess. The shoe is handcrafted in the Amalfi Coast using vegetable-tanned leather. They have a super comfortable footbed and soft cotton ties, making them a perfect companion for travel and casual wear. My first time wearing them, I wore them for several hours to dinner and a walk to the park in 90-degree weather, and they were great! I love the simple, classy, yet stylish vibe of these sandals. They are easy to dress up and down with shorts, dresses, or skirts.
The Grear fit true to size for me; I took my normal size 38. It is available in black, gold, white and brown.
